The villa is situated in the Village of Cherni Osam and surrounded by beautiful pine and beech forests. In Cherni Osam you can marvel at the magnificent troyan Monastery, the third largest in Bulgaria, visit National History Museum with more than 700 exhibits. In Oreshak 5km from Jarvitsa, there is the National Arts and Crafts Museum, the exhibition displays the works of craftsmen from all over the country, the exhibition is open 365 days a year, with a bazaar where works of Bulgarian craftsmen are on sale. Beklemento, a mountain resort close to the troyan Pass offers the County's best biathlon and cross-country ski runs at lengths of 2km, 3km, 5km , 7km and 10km. And have been endorsed by the international biathlon and cross-country ski organizations FIBA and FIS, there are three lifts and three Alpine ski runs.
Situated on the beautiful bank of the Beli Osum river, at the foot of the central Balkan mountain range lies the 135 year old town of Trojan, approx 20km from the Villa, it is surrounded by majestic scenery, buried in Verdun and filled with the fragrance of wild geranium. The climate in the region is transitional from temperate and continental to mountainous, and combines rainy springs, warm summers, sunny autumns, and mild snowy winters.

At the foot of the Golyan Kupen peak and the Levski peak lies the Stento reserve, part of the central Balkin national park famous for the unique plant and animal life, wild nature and beautiful landscapes where one can see endangered plant species as well as rare wild animal and birds.

City and municipality: Unique wooden covered bridge, medieval Hissar fortress, Museums, Ethnographical complex, Stenoff village with well preserved revival houses of the 19th centenary, Churches of Sveta & Nedelya and Uspenie Bogorodichno.

Caves:
Saeva Dupka is located 40km from Troyan is easy accessible with its vast community of bats. Devetashka is located 20km from the city of Lovech it is 2442m long and is accessible with its huge and widely domed entrance hall.
