All the villas are furnished and equipped to the highest possible standards and they feature:

Master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and veranda overlooking the patio and pool. Two or three twin bedrooms, one with veranda overlooking the patio and pool, bathroom/WC. All bedrooms have air-conditioning/heating.
Ground Floor
Large living dining room with satellite TV, CD/Radio, telephone, Safe (extra charge) with French windows opening onto veranda with patio and private pool. Fully equipped kitchen, guests WC.
Exterior
Partly covered veranda, patio, private pool, garden furniture, umbrellas and sun loungers, built BBQ, covered car park & garden.
The Royal Villas in addition feature a sauna (coin operated) DVD player, stereo, hair dryer with beautiful views to mature and colourful gardens. Royal Villa guests receive a welcome gift.
Services
Cleaning once a week, reception, shop, caretaker who lives on the premises and available 24 hours for emergencies, tennis court, pool and garden maintenance, E-mail and internet facilities. Other services include extra maid service, car hire, meet and assist at the airport, grocery packs, special requests like champagne& flowers, hairdressing/beauty treatments, massage, baby sitting, chef service or outside catering, daily au pair, Doctor on call 24hrs and Excursions & Cruises.
