The Banana Tree is situated on the beach on the north west coast of Florianopolis. It has five bedrooms, two of which are seafacing with a balcony. The house has a spacious living room, garden and barbecue area. The rooms have recently been decorated with reclaimed Brazilian wooden furniture and local arts and crafts. A generous breakfast of fruit, cereals, bread, tea, coffee and fresh juice are served daily.

The Banana Tree is located in a quiet beach neighbourhood of Sambaqui, which is known as the gourmet capital of the island because of the number and quality of its seafood restaurants.
Activities:
The island is particularly suitable for water and wind related sports, including kite-surfing, wind-surfing and surfing. The house has windsurfs which can be borrowed by experienced windsurfers. We are also happy for guests to borrow our kiyaks and bikes. There are numerous treks and bike rides close by.
