Price information:

50% deposit upon booking to hold and confirm the reservation.
Reservation is confirmed when payment is received.
A rental agreement will be sent to you when the 50% deposit is received.
The balance is due 31 days prior to arrival .
If the balance is not received by that date, the reservation may be subject to cancellation.
If the reservation is made within 30 days of arrival, full payment is required.
On last minute reservations, check must be cleared before your departure to Villa Ixtapa.
 
Cancellation received 31 days or more, prior to arrival will qualify for a refund of the total deposit, minus a $50.00 USD which is a refund commission.
Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the arrival date will forfeit the entire rental amount, unless we are able to re-rent the house (minus the $50.00 USD refund commission).
We will make every effort to re-rent the house. If we are able to rent the villa for the time-period subject to cancellation, we will refund an amount equal to the rent actually received minus the $50.00 USD refund commission.
No refund in the event of early departure.
 
A payment is considered done when received and duly cashed in the bank.
Credit cards are not accepted.
 
A $200.00 damage deposit in cash upon check-in payable in Ixtapa only.
Refundable at check out if no damage nor breach of the lease agreement.
 
Check-in at 3:00 pm.
Check-out at noon.
Check-in time may be accommodated earlier, and check-out time delayed, depending on previous and following re-rent.
 
Minimum of 4 days rental.
Maid service available: $25.00 per service.
 
Two months damage deposit required.
None of the utilities are included in the monthly rent.
